FAQ

You have questions. We have answers.

More answers on our FAQ page, or email support@oneclickrx.com.

What is in the cream?

It combines estradiol, a bioidentical form of estrogen, with progesterone in one topical cream. It is compounded by a licensed U.S. pharmacy for each patient, in the strengths your provider prescribes.

Why does it include progesterone?

For women who still have a uterus, taking estrogen alone raises the risk of endometrial cancer. Progesterone helps protect the lining of the uterus. Your provider will explain what is right for you.

How do I use it?

Your provider and pharmacy label will tell you how much to apply, where and when. Do not change your dose without talking to your provider.

How fast will I feel a difference?

It varies. Some women notice changes within a few weeks, while for others it takes longer or needs a dose adjustment. Your provider will check in with you along the way.

Am I a candidate?

Hormone therapy is not right for everyone. It is generally not prescribed if you have had breast or endometrial cancer, blood clots, a stroke or heart attack, liver disease or unexplained vaginal bleeding, or if you are pregnant. Your provider will review your full history.

How much does it cost?

Plans start at $149/month and include your provider visit, medication and shipping. You are only charged if your provider prescribes treatment.

Which states do you serve?

We currently serve patients in 49 states (not California).

Do I need lab work?

Often, yes. Your provider may order labs to confirm a diagnosis and to monitor you during treatment.

Are compounded hormone creams FDA-approved?

No. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and the FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality. Your provider will discuss FDA-approved options with you.

Ready for relief that fits you?

Complete a short, private intake and a licensed provider will review whether hormone therapy is right for you.
