General

What is OneClick Rx?

OneClick Rx is a telehealth platform that connects adults with independent, state-licensed medical providers for online evaluation and treatment of weight management, hormone-related conditions and erectile dysfunction.

Am I guaranteed a prescription?

No. A licensed provider reviews your medical information and decides whether treatment is appropriate. If medication isn’t right for you, your provider may recommend other options or refer you for in-person care. You are only charged if your provider prescribes treatment, so if medication isn’t right for you, you won’t pay anything.

How does an online consultation work?

After you complete your medical intake, a licensed provider reviews your answers, health history and any labs. Depending on your state and treatment, your visit takes place by secure messaging or a video call. Your provider may ask follow-up questions before deciding on a treatment plan. Most reviews are completed within 24 hours.

Who are the providers?

Care is provided by independent, state-licensed medical providers in the LocumTele provider network. Your provider is licensed in the state where you are located at the time of your visit.

What states do you serve?

OneClick Rx serves patients in 49 states. We do not currently serve patients located in California. Some treatments may not be available in every state, and you must be physically located in a state we serve at the time of your visit.

Which pharmacy fills my prescription?

Prescriptions are filled by Rush Pharmacy, a U.S. state-licensed pharmacy that only ships to states where it holds an active pharmacy license. You may also ask your provider to send your prescription to a pharmacy of your choice, where available.

Are compounded medications FDA-approved?

No. Compounded medications are prepared by licensed pharmacies for individual patients and are not FDA-approved. The FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality. They are prescribed only when your provider determines one is clinically appropriate for you, and they are not the same as any brand-name product.

How much does it cost, and do you take insurance?

Pricing depends on the treatment and is always shown before you check out. Your price includes your provider visit, your medication and shipping, with no hidden fees. OneClick Rx is a simple self-pay service, so there are no insurance claims, prior authorizations or approval delays to wait on. If your provider prescribes treatment, your medication can be on its way quickly.

How long does shipping take?

Once your prescription is approved, our partner pharmacy prepares and ships your order, with shipments going out Monday through Friday. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships. Temperature-sensitive medications, such as GLP-1 injections, ship cold-packed in insulated packaging. All orders arrive in discreet packaging.

What is your refund policy?

Your payment method is pre-authorized at checkout, and you are only charged if your provider prescribes treatment. If your provider determines treatment is not appropriate, you are not charged. Because of pharmacy regulations, medications cannot be returned or refunded once they have shipped. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support right away and we will make it right. See our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.

Can I cancel my plan?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription from your account or by contacting support. To avoid your next charge and shipment, please cancel at least 48 hours before your next rebill date. Orders that have already been charged and shipped cannot be refunded. Please talk with your provider before stopping any medication.

Is my information private?

Yes. We protect your health information in accordance with HIPAA and applicable state law. See our Notice of Privacy Practices and Privacy Policy for details on how your information is used and shared.

What if I have side effects?

Message your care team through your account and a provider will follow up. For serious symptoms or a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. You can also report side effects to the FDA through MedWatch at 1-800-FDA-1088.

Who is eligible?

Adults 18 and older located in a state we serve. Each treatment has its own clinical criteria, and your provider will confirm whether you are a candidate. Telehealth is not a replacement for your primary care provider.

Weight Management

Is compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide the same as a brand-name product?

No. Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed pharmacy for an individual patient. They are not FDA-approved and are not the same as any brand-name product. Your provider will only prescribe one when it is clinically appropriate for you.

What is the difference between semaglutide and tirzepatide?

Semaglutide acts on the GLP-1 receptor. Tirzepatide acts on both the GIP and GLP-1 receptors. Both come as a once-weekly injection or a dissolving tablet taken as your provider directs. Your provider will recommend the option that fits your health history and goals.

How will my dose be chosen?

Your provider starts you on a low dose and increases it gradually based on how you tolerate it. Never change your dose without talking to your provider.

Hormone Therapy

Do I need lab work?

Often, yes. Your provider may order labs to confirm a diagnosis and to monitor you during treatment.

Are compounded hormone creams FDA-approved?

No. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and the FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality. Your provider will discuss FDA-approved options with you.

Erectile Dysfunction

How does the rapid-dissolve tablet work?

It dissolves under the tongue instead of being swallowed. Your provider will explain how and when to take it, and how often it is safe to use.

Will my packaging be discreet?

Yes. All orders ship in plain packaging with no reference to the medication inside.

Wakefulness & Focus

Is this combination FDA-approved?

No. Modafinil is FDA-approved at higher doses to treat excessive sleepiness from narcolepsy, obstructive sleep apnea and shift work disorder. This compounded modafinil / L-theanine tablet is not FDA-approved, and any other use is at your provider's discretion.
