Returns & Refund Policy
Last updated: October 7, 2026
At OneClick Rx we strive to provide the highest level of quality healthcare which includes frictionless access to medical providers and medications at prices that are affordable and accessible. We also make every effort to provide the highest level of patient care before and after the sale. If you have an issue with your order or your product, please reach out to our patient care team at support@oneclickrx.com.
Below is how we can help you after the sale:
Prescription Medications
State and Federal regulations do not allow the return of prescription medications after being dispensed by the pharmacy. Once your method of payment has been charged and your package has been handed over to the carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS), all sales are final and no returns are accepted. You can always login to your oneclickrx.com account before your products ship to change your address, method of payment or to cancel your subscription. If your prescription medication arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact our patient care team at support@oneclickrx.com.
Provider Visit Fees
Your price includes your provider visit, your medication and shipping. Your payment method is securely pre-authorized at checkout, and you are only charged if a licensed provider reviews your information and prescribes treatment. If your provider determines that treatment is not appropriate for you, you will not be charged.
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your oneclickrx.com account or by contacting support@oneclickrx.com. To avoid your next charge and shipment, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your next rebill date. Charges for orders that have already been processed and shipped are final. Please talk with your provider before stopping any medication.
Cold-Packed Medications
Some medications, such as GLP-1 injections, are temperature-sensitive and ship cold-packed in insulated packaging. Please bring your package inside and refrigerate your medication as soon as it arrives, following the storage instructions on the label. If your cold-packed medication arrives damaged, or the packaging appears to have been compromised, do not use it and contact our patient care team right away at support@oneclickrx.com.
Lost Packages
In the rare case your package is lost in transit, OneClick Rx will reship your order. We will work with your carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS) to locate your package first and have it redirected if needed. Sometimes weather may delay your package delivery time. If your package is lost in transit or does not arrive at the shipping address you provided, please contact our patient care team at support@oneclickrx.com.
